TEEN SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR

"TEEN TECHNIQUES" by "Mr. Mike" Andrus
Unfortunately in today's world, we all need to be aware of the dangers that surround us. We CAN do something about it! We can make ourselves better prepared by understanding what can happen and how to deal with these situations. Don't be a victim!
This seminar is designed to:
- Help you understand your surroundings and give you better awareness
- Teach you the "simple things" - how you dress, making eye contact, asking for trouble, etc.
- Being prepared at home and while you are out
- How to use 911 and responding properly to an emergency
- How to act or react properly to any situation
- Teach you to protect yourself, your friends and your loved ones
- Learn principles and techniques that could help save your life
- Don't be a victim
- Be able to defend yourself
This program was developed by Mike Andrus. Mr. Andrus was hired to perform this seminar for the Holland Middle School in the Council Rock School District for the 7th & 8th grade girls and their mothers.
